Controller Module deM9263

The Controller Module deM9263 is a small, energy saving CPU module, based on Atmels CPU AT91SAM9263 [datasheet].
The connection to the basis plate is made by a 200-pin SO-DIMM connector.
deM9263 is intended for the employment with the operating systems Linux and Windows CE 6.0.
