The WSN demo kit is used for the evaluation of wireless sensor networks.
The kit consists of a number of temperature sensors in waterproof housings with external antennas and external sensors for temperatures from -40 to +125°C.
The included gateway displays the measuring value, connection quality and each sensor's status including battery condition and line interruption. Our configuration and logging tool is used for configuration and monitoring the network with a PC via USB.
Additional sensors are available for evaluating larger networks with this system. These sensors are available with different external or internal antennas as well as an internal temperature sensor which measures temperatures from -20 to +60°C.
The kit is delivered in a case.
Due to the outstanding sending and receiving parameters, ranges of over 500 m are possible (with direct intervisibility). The range inside buildings can be limited to just one room or encompass the entire building depending on the building's structure.
