The safety related control system of the deSDAC 3000 PLC is an extension of the drive controller deSDAC 3000. It has a 61131 programming environment in the SPS programming language. Advantages of this controller are a simpler creation of applications and user-friendly starting.

The SERCOS slave drive controller's functions are available to the 61131 environment.
Process variables and random variables can be accessed within the framework of the 61131 programming. All of the following can be carried out using the 61131 program written by the user: logic instruction, switching of the drive, evaluation of security signals from the process interface system and control of the drive.
Program creation becomes easier and more transparent. Starting on the construction site is possible using simple tools.
The error rate during program development is greatly reduced due to the modular and separated program structure between firmware and application. Fixed program parts, which are tested by TÜV, can be reused without a change.
