CA5020 is a power current source which supplies current controlled analog output signals and is used for high currents and frequencies on highly inductive loads.
Complex or ohmic loads can be driven with currents of up to ±20 ADC with an output voltage of up to ±85 V.
The maximum output current can be steadily driven in short circuit operation. The peak power of 20 A continuous current from a four-quadrant power supply is constantly available.
The device is a purely analog system. The output signal is completely free of digital residual interference.
Water or air can be used as a coolant depending on the power class.
